This Stall Issue Can Lead To Accidents And Injuries

It can be quite scary when a person's vehicle gets a flat tire or stalls out on a roadway. Motorists, even those here in Florida, are not always the kindest or most sensitive people. They want to get where they are going as fast as possible with no delays. Then, if someone breaks down in the middle of an Interstate or side street, it is not uncommon for other vehicle operators to speed past them without a care in the world. Heck, the drivers may even honk their horns, yell out the window, or give the person an unflattering hand gesture.

However, things happen, for whatever reason, and drivers are not always able to steer their cars to a safe location. Even with the most rigorous maintenance routine, parts and pieces can malfunction from time to time. If such problems occur out on the open road, and another motorist isn't paying attention, they could easily rear-end or T-bone the broken down auto. Car collisions are not particularly kind and gentle. Rather, they usually leave drivers and passengers alike with wounds such as…

• Broken And Fractured Bones
• Punctures And Lacerations
• Internal Organ Damage And Bleeding
• Traumatic Brain Injuries

Sometimes, Neither Driver Is To Blame For The Accident Or Injuries

When products like cars hit the open market, they are supposed to be safe for consumers to use. Unfortunately, many times, manufacturers and part makers miss faults during the manufacturing process. The legal concept, manufacturer's liability, holds sellers and manufacturers responsible for harm caused by defective items sold in the marketplace. Hence, if it can be proven that the faulty or broken components are to blame for the damages, the injured party may be able to seek compensation for the injuries.

Luckily, there is something Floridians can do to prevent this fate. What? Well, they can contact an accident attorney from our firm to get the representation that they need and deserve. Info About A Stuck Canister Purge Valve Recall

Ford Motor Company is expected to begin recall number 19S22 on July 31, 2019. There are about 57,488 affected units. The cars in question are 2012-2017 Ford Focus autos with 2.0L GDI gasoline engines. 2012-2014 Focus vehicles with 2.0L GTDI motors are involved as well. These cars were previously included in recall 18V-735 and did not get the Powertrain control module updated. As such, it is possible for the Canister Purge Valve to malfunction.

Then, an excessive vacuum might become present in the fuel vapor management system. If this problem occurs, the car can stall without warning. Plus, the operator will not be able to restart the engine. Thus, the risk of crash increases. Persons that sustain injuries in incidents like these should not take matters lying down. Instead, they should put our team on their side to fight for what is right and just.
