Pre-Suit Paralegal – All Injuries Law Firm
Position Overview
All Injuries Law Firm, a respected and growing personal injury practice serving Southwest Florida, is seeking an experienced Pre-Suit Paralegal to join our team. Our firm has represented injured clients in Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and surrounding communities for more than 35 years, helping thousands of people pursue justice and financial recovery after serious injuries.
This role manages personal injury cases from intake through demand, working closely with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, compassion, and strong organizational skills to every case.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle new client intakes and gather essential case information
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Request, track, and organize medical records and medical bills
- Review medical documentation and prepare detailed demand packages
- Maintain case files, deadlines, and workflow in case management software
- Assist attorneys with case evaluation and negotiation preparation
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and exceptional service

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of personal injury pre-suit experience preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and personal injury processes
