Recall! Is Your Tesla Vehicle As Safe As You Think?

People all across the nation are buying up Tesla vehicles like they're going out of style. Why? There are various reasons why this is happening, but according to Road / Show by CNET, the top five are...

• The Supercharger Network
• The Range Of These Cars Is As Advertised
• Autopilot Confidence
• Tesla Vehicles Are Fun To Own
• Exceptional Mobile Service

Are you a Port Charlotte Tesla owner? If so, good for you. With any luck, the vehicle will surpass your expectations in every way imaginable, and it will serve you well for years and years to come. However, there are some concerns with particular models presently. If they haven't been brought to your attention yet, then you've come to the right place because we will be breaking things down right here.

Three Production Issue Recalls Within A Week

Reuters states that Tesla announced two recalls over seat belt issues on Thursday. One of the situations involves 5,530 2018-2020 Model 3 and 2019-2021 Model Y vehicles. These cars have front seat shoulder belt fasteners that might not be appropriately attached. Next up, the other recall is for 2,166 2019-2021 Model Y autos. What's wrong with them? Well, we're glad you asked. Read on to the following section to learn more.

The cars of this recall have seat belt fasteners on the left and right sides of the second-row seats that may not be properly attached. Tesla hasn't been made aware of any crashes or injuries yet, but that could change at a moment's notice. All it would take is for one failure to occur during an accident for a driver or passenger to become seriously hurt or killed. Can you even imagine? You get hit in the rear, side, or front, and your seat belt breaks free. It's unthinkable.

Meanwhile, the same Reuters report says that on Wednesday, Tesla also issued a recall for a potential 5,974 affected units. The cars in question are 2019-2021 Model 3 and 2020-2021 Model Y vehicles. These automobiles may have loose brake caliper bolts. If that's the case, those bolts can come into contact with the wheel rims in rare circumstances. When the stars align just right, that can cause a loss in tire pressure, increasing the risk of a crash.

The hope is that now that we've armed you with this information to get your problem addressed, you can do just that and avoid mishaps. However, if that isn't the case, and you get seriously hurt in an accident from no fault of your own, please, do not hesitate to contact us. Manufacturers are liable for the harm their products cause, and you might be entitled to fair compensation.

Top-Notch Legal Representation Is Only A Phone Call Away

To file and win a personal injury lawsuit, you will need to prove that your injuries occurred before the recall was issued or that you didn't know about the situation at all. We get it; that doesn't sound easy, but thankfully, Port Charlotte victims don't have to face these matters alone. Instead, they can hire attorneys from our firm to represent them. They'll build strong cases that support their positions and fight for every penny they deserve.

Did we mention that we offer free case evaluations? It's true, and that means you can find out where your claim stands without breaking open your piggy bank. Isn't that a relief? Last but certainly not least, our clients only owe fees when they win. That's something you don't hear every day. So, what are you waiting for? If manufacturer negligence has turned your world upside down, give us a call and hold them accountable for their actions.
