A Southwest Florida Law Firm Built Over Decades

All Injuries Law Firm's roots in Southwest Florida go back decades.

Attorney Brian O. Sutter was admitted to practice in Florida in 1983. Early in his career, he prosecuted criminal cases as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's Twentieth Judicial Circuit before building a practice focused on representing injured people.

Brian has been Board Certified in Florida Workers' Compensation since 1990 and has spent decades working in personal injury and workers' compensation law. His professional involvement has also included leadership and advocacy within organizations representing injured workers.

Over the years, the practice grew into the team that exists today, but the firm's fundamental purpose has remained the same: helping people whose lives have been disrupted by injuries.

Our headquarters is on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte, with an additional office in Fort Myers. From those offices, our attorneys represent injured people throughout Charlotte County, Lee County, Sarasota County, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. For several members of our team, these communities are more than places where we practice law. They are home.

People understandably spend a lot of time comparing attorneys, but serious injury cases are rarely built by one person working alone.

Behind an attorney may be paralegals, legal assistants, investigators, medical records, insurance correspondence, witnesses, experts, photographs, video, crash evidence, financial documentation, and months or sometimes years of case development. The needs of a case can also change over time.

A car accident claim may begin with photographs and an insurance claim but later require medical evidence, vehicle data, witness testimony, accident reconstruction, or litigation. A serious workplace injury may involve ongoing medical treatment, disputes over benefits, vocational issues, hearings, or appeals. A premises liability case may depend on preserving surveillance footage before it is overwritten or identifying the company responsible for maintaining the property.

Our connection to Southwest Florida is not limited to the cases we handle. Our attorneys have grown up here, members of our families have attended local schools, and our team has spent years participating in projects that support local families and organizations.

Over the years, members of All Injuries Law Firm have participated in back-to-school supply programs, food drives, veterans support, holiday donation programs, Relay for Life, March of Dimes fundraising, and other charitable efforts.

That involvement continues today. In 2026, for example, All Injuries Law Firm joined local businesses, volunteers, barbers, stylists, and community organizations supporting Punta Gorda's 3rd Annual Back 2 School Cutz. Local coverage reported that approximately 90 children received free hair services during an afternoon that also included backpacks, school supplies, food, activities, and educational resources.

The firm has also supported humanitarian projects beyond Southwest Florida, including clean-water systems and food-relief efforts in communities facing severe poverty. Community involvement is not something we recently added to the firm's story. It is something members of All Injuries Law Firm have been doing for years.
