Jenna Sutter Kakley

Attorney

Personal Injury and Auto Accident Attorney

Jenna Sutter Kakley represents people injured in automobile accidents, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall incidents, dog bites, wrongful death cases, and other matters involving negligence.

Her practice focuses on helping clients understand their rights, develop the evidence needed to support their claims, and navigate decisions involving medical treatment, insurance coverage, settlement, and litigation.

Jenna was selected to the Super Lawyers® Florida Rising Stars list in 2026.

Experience With Catastrophic Personal Injury Cases

Before joining All Injuries Law Firm, Jenna worked with established Florida plaintiff law firms handling personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters.

Her experience has included matters involving:

  • Automobile accidents
  • Catastrophic and permanent injuries
  • Spinal-cord injuries
  • Unsafe property conditions
  • Wrongful death
  • Medical malpractice
  • Insurance disputes
  • Litigation and trial preparation

While working as a law clerk at Swope, Rodante P.A., Jenna attended a trial involving a paraplegic minor and gained exposure to the preparation and presentation of a catastrophic spinal-cord injury case.

Later, while practicing with Vanguard Attorneys, she attended a wrongful death medical malpractice trial as an attorney.

Jenna has also participated in developing complex injury cases involving extensive medical evidence, disputed liability, expert testimony, and significant long-term consequences for injured clients and their families.

Preparing Each Case Around the Client’s Experience

A personal injury case involves more than establishing that an accident occurred. The evidence must also show how the incident affected the individual client.

Depending on the case, that may include:

  • The treatment the client has received
  • Whether additional care may be necessary
  • Time missed from work
  • Permanent physical restrictions
  • Changes in daily activities
  • The effect of the injury on the family
  • Medical expenses and other financial losses

Jenna works to understand those effects and present them clearly through medical records, testimony, employment information, expert opinions, and other supporting evidence.

Helping Clients Understand What Comes Next

Many injured people have never dealt with a personal injury claim or lawsuit before.

They may be uncertain about what information the insurance company needs, whether they should give a statement, how medical bills will be handled, or what will happen if the case cannot be resolved through settlement.

Jenna works to make the process more understandable. She explains the purpose of each stage, helps clients prepare for important events, and makes sure they understand the choices that may affect their case.

Those stages may include:

  • Initial investigation
  • Collection of medical and insurance records
  • Depositions
  • Mediation
  • Expert review
  • Settlement evaluation
  • Trial preparation

Professional Experience Before Joining the Firm

Jenna began developing her plaintiff-side litigation experience while working with Swope, Rodante P.A., a Tampa firm known for handling catastrophic personal injury and insurance cases.

She later practiced with Vanguard Attorneys, where she continued representing injured people in personal injury matters.

That work gave her experience with the preparation, investigation, and litigation of cases involving catastrophic injuries, disputed insurance claims, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

Jenna joined All Injuries Law Firm in 2024 and now represents injured clients throughout Southwest Florida.

Education and Early Legal Training

Jenna graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida’s Burnett Honors College.

During her undergraduate studies, she spent a semester studying abroad in Barcelona at the Institut Químic de Sarrià.

She later attended Florida State University College of Law on a full Merit Scholar Law Scholarship and earned her Juris Doctor in 2022.

Her legal education and early professional experience focused on civil litigation and representing people affected by serious injuries.

Jenna was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2022.

She served as a director of the Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Section from 2023 through 2024.

  • Clear explanations of the legal process
  • Guidance about documents and evidence
  • Preparation for depositions, mediation, and other proceedings
  • Honest discussions about settlement and litigation options
  • Attention to how the injury has affected their daily lives
